“I feel like I was shot out of a cannon,” Toni Hollis said of her first year with Waterfront Properties Palm Beach. She called it the most “productive” year in a more than 40-year real estate career dotted with sales milestones, including Worth Avenue’s Gucci building, the Firestone estate (which Hollis sold twice), Casa Nana, the so-called “ham-and-cheese house,” and the lakefront home at 1000 North Lake Way in Palm Beach (which Hollis sold five times).
“I thought I knew everything; I’d seen it all,” Hollis said. “Well, let me tell you, I have learned so much.” Toni called education a leading factor in what made 2018 her second biggest in terms of sales, and the most informative of her career.
“Every time I talk about Waterfront, I mention our marketing team—the people who create our print brochures and make our Internet the best in the business. Honestly though, that’s not what makes Waterfront fabulous for me. It’s this place,” she said gesturing to Waterfront’s exquisitely decorated, sunlight-filled office. “It’s the feeling of family we have and the support we provide one another.” Waterfront prides itself on maintaining an environment that promotes, supports and rewards success. It’s that culture that Toni has bought into most. She said she “couldn’t imagine” achieving what she has without the resources Waterfront provides.
“I’d tell any professional agent on Palm Beach, if you want to take your career to the next level and you’re willing to put in the work, there is no better place for you than Waterfront Properties. Whether it’s membership in the important Palm Beach clubs, our office location, or even where we eat lunch, we are supported as active members of the Palm Beach community. That strengthens our relationships and our ties to the area.”
