It is that time of the year again, and we’re gearing up for a new Apple event that is rumored to reveal the new iPhone 13, as well as multiple other exciting products.
Apple has remained incredibly tight-lipped as to what will be arriving, besides sending out a virtual invitation for anyone to join the live event. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Apple has done a virtual keynote presentation which is streamed from the Apple Park campus, and usually involves everyone from Tim Cook to other key people.
What usually gains the most buzz is of course the new iPhone, and the iPhone 13 looks promising. Rumors are saying that the new device will feature a similar design to the previous iPhone 12, but will come with a portrait mode feature for video, as well as an updated wide lens camera, and ProRes support. There’s no news yet whether there will be an iPhone 13 Pro, nor what colors we can expect, but we’re hoping for some bright options after the iMac’s bold update.

In addition to the phone, third-generation AirPods are also getting an update, as well as the Apple Watch Series 7 which is expected to receive a whole new design.
Of course, the event will also reveal iOS 15 and the macOS Monterey, which will be available shortly after the event.
In terms of new iPad or Macbook releases, it seems that we may need to wait slightly longer. At its previous event, Apple revealed a whole new M1 chip iMac in multiple exciting colors (we’re still eyeing one, by the way), as well as updated versions of its popular laptops. Because of this, tech sources are speculating that we won’t see any more computers just yet, and we’ll have to wait until next year for more information.
