What Do You Get When You Mix Alcohol with Flowers?

Head over to Fang Fang from January 30 and you’ll be in for a treat. For one week only, the modern Chinese eatery will be offering guests the chance to sip from the Ikebana (translated from the Japanese ‘flower arrangement’) menu while exploring Fang Fang’s very own carefully created garden.

Running until February 6, this blink-and-you’ll-miss-it pop-up invites a new and exclusive drinking experience for anyone not partaking in Dry January. That’ll be us then.

With cocktails on offer including the Champaca Margarita – a tempting tipple containing notes of magnolia flower-infused cointreau – and the Fangroni (Fang Fang and negroni, get it), there’s no doubt you’ll find something on the menu to enjoy.

Bar Manager Gagan Gurung is the man behind the new list, citing the natural world of flora and fauna as the inspiration for his latest inventions, which are sure to bring a fresh crowd to the contemporary space.

And if you’re after a spot of food alongside your cocktails, we can certainly recommend a dish or two – read our review here.
