Unfortunately, maintaining a balanced diet can be difficult. That’s why we rely on A-listers like Blac Chyna to guide us! In episode fIve of Life & Style’s exclusive video series At Home With Chyna, the popular model breaks down her go-to meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“When I wake up, I start off either with a double espresso or black coffee, I might add a little bit of creamer,” Chyna explains. “From there, I might skip breakfast, or I might eat the food I made the night before. I love leftovers.”
“Then, I’ll have another cup of coffee to kind of curb my appetite. Sometimes, people tend to eat out of boredom and things like that, when it shouldn’t be that way,” continues the Lashed Cosmetics founder.
“I’m a really, really, really, really, really big seafood fan,” Chyna admits. She also loves baked chicken! On occasion, though, she’ll fry some.
“For dinner, it depends on how I’m feeling that day. For the most part, I try not to eat too much. Because I’m always in the house, I’ve found myself in the refrigerator eating random things,” she admits.
As for some of Chyna’s tips for keeping your diet on track? “If you feel like you’re hungry, if you drink a cup of water and then wait 30 minutes, you probably won’t be as hungry. Also, another little trick that I figured out, is to get a small saucer plate,” advises the California native. “It’s about eating in portions and slower.
Of course, Chyna is also a huge proponent for working out. She loves to get her sweat on at home so she can spend more time with kids King Cairo and Dream Kardashian.
In conclusion: Blac Chyna is one healthy mama.
