Pride for Pride Month! YouTuber Tana Mongeau announced she is pansexual on Twitter on June 5.
“It’s also Pride Month and I haven’t had the chance to go hard for my LGBTQIA+ babies but I be about [sic] pansexual as hell [and] I stand for [you] all,” the 21-year-old wrote, adding heart-eyed and Pride flag emojis.

The vlogger’s tweet came on the heels of social justice work she has been doing on and offline in the name of George Floyd’s death and Black Lives Matter, including attending protests with fellow influencer Elijah Daniel.
This isn’t the first time Tana has spoken out about her sexuality. In January 2019, the MTV starlet released a video on her YouTube channel where she opened up about her relationship with ex Bella Thorne and discussed labels. She ultimately said if people wanted to call her pansexual because of her relationship, she was happy to take on the title.
“While there [are] a lot of people [who] don’t understand why I am the way I am, or what I’m doing, or relationships that I’ve been in, there’s also the opposite side of the spectrum,” the Las Vegas native said in the video. “And that’s that I meet so many people [who] come up to me every day and thank me for being so open with Bella because now they can be open with a girl who is their best friend, who they’re in love with.”
Tana also told Life & Style exclusively about her experiences dating both men and women. “It is so, so different for me. It’s, like, polar. I think maybe that’s why I like it, too,” the Bustedness star explained in February. “Because when you’re bored of one, the other side is just so fun, to be real.”
No matter who she ends up with, the MTV: No Filter babe is all about finding something worthwhile in her relationships. “I think I’m definitely at a point in my life where if the connection isn’t worth giving up so much of my time and my energy and stuff like that, it’s probably not something I’m going to want to [explore],” Tana said.
