Set to take place November 1st to 4th, 2017, this exclusive residency will encompass a series of workouts curated and led by the personal trainer and fitness blogger herself within the sublime surroundings this island resort provides.
Renowned for encouraging women to feel empowered to lead healthier and happier lives, Zanna will guide guests throughout her three-day residency, offering advice on how to create a balanced lifestyle to leave guests feeling inspired as well as revitalized. On completing her residency, the fitness expert will then leave behind an exclusive program for guests to follow in their own time at the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness center.
Curated to suit any fitness level, the guided program will offer a combination of HIIT sessions and weight training for a variety of desired outcomes, from building muscle to burning fat or simply increasing your fitness level, for guests of any age and background. This program can then be combined with the resort’s active outdoor pursuits, which range from parasailing and stand up paddle boarding to setting out on glass-bottom kayak tours.
The spa naturally plays an integral role in striving for wellbeing too. As the largest overwater spa in the Maldives, Iridium Spa comprises six couple’s treatment suites, alongside features such as a hydrotherapy Blue Hole Pool, which uses heated seawater and an array of whirlpool jets. Treatments here range from bamboo massages to marine body wraps.
