To some, San Jose del Cabo at the southern tip of Baja California Sur, might be a destination reserved for spring break revelry. But as of late, the location has had a luxurious renaissance of five-star stays catering to a more refined crowd. The latest indicator of Cabo’s new identity comes by way of Villa One, the most expensive suite at the One&Only Palmilla Resort. The Anderson Miller–designed accommodation, which opened earlier this year, offers 14,000 square feet of living space with incredible views of the Sea of Cortez from nearly every room.
