Proenza Schouler’s Birkenstock Collaboration Has Arrived

With spring and summer quickly approaching, it means that it’s time to put away the boots and bring out the breezier options. Proenza Schouler has joined forces with Birkenstock to create a bevy of unisex sandals featuring its classic Arizona and Milano iterations. The range offers a selection of six sandals arriving in a variety of stylish colourways. The collection shows how Proenza Schouler’s designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have successfully fused their unique New York aesthetic into the styles, while staying true to the cult German footwear company’s core values: quality and function.

The sandals feature hook and loop closures along with hardware buckles, and are equipped with industrial contrast topstitching for detailing. Sporting a chic colour palette of black, white, mustard ochre and metallic silver, the sandals are made out of polished, Specchio calf leather derived from past and present collections of the fashion label. The result of which is youthful and cool, taking your look from day to night with ease.

The Proenza Schouler x Birkenstock collection is now available exclusively at Net-a-Porter until 20 March for HK$2,599 - HK$2,835. Other select retailers around the world will see a release straight after the exclusive drop.
