Blooms & Blossoms

Blooms & Blossoms has curated a new capsule called Bloom Bucket in Love, which gives the classic bouquet a stylish twist. Instead of being wrapped in layers of wax paper and plastic, its luxury florals are presented in a beautiful bucket bag – an olive-green bucket and a dark red bucket were launched earlier this year.

Timed with the incoming Valentine’s Day, Blooms & Blossoms has launched a new colour, a dusty pink that’s all about romance. The floristry is also offering a limited-time personalisation service for the Bloom buckets, so you can have your loved one’s name written on the bucket. The personalisation service requires pre-ordering five days in advance.

Ellermann

Ellermann was created by Diane Nittke in 2011 as floristry and a tribute to her grandmother, Berta Ellermann. And ten years since then, the team is still just as dedicated to passionately create and educate their clients about floral arrangements. Marking a milestone this 2021, the brand is seeing a metamorphosis with a new direction and more modern designs. The Ellermann birthday bouquet, aptly named Ellerman X, showcases blooms in vibrant colours of cobalt blue, vivid saffron, and electrifying pinks. Each bouquet comes with a hand-painted tropical leaf, making the bouquet truly quite unique.

Flannel Flowers

Since 1994, Flannel Flowers has built upon its reputation as a premium bespoke floristry, focused on quality, creativity, and an elegant approach to flowers. The symbolism of the red rose is universal, delivering a powerful message of love, but a bouquet of red roses also seems a tad unimaginative in this day and age. This February, The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong and Chinese fine jewellery brand Qeelin are joining forces to present an exclusive afternoon tea for Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year. Housed in an gourd-shaped tea set that pays homage to the jeweler’s Wulu Collection or in a longevity lock-shaped stand inspired by the brand’s signature Yu Yi Collection, the set features gourmet items like the Marinated Abalone and Mushroom Tartlet and the Lychee and Red Date Cake.

St Regis

L'Énvol, the St Regis' French restaurant which was recently awarded two Michelin stars, will be offering two exclusive Valentine’s Day menus featuring delicacies like the Poached Brittany Langoustine with Jerusalem Artichoke Broth and Oscietra Caviar Terrine and Blinis Toast. To celebrate the season of love, the St Regis Bar will also offer a limited edition Valentine’s special cocktail: La Vie En Rose.

The Diplomat x Yardbird

This February, The Diplomat is joining forces with Yardbird to present The Broken Hearts Club, a Kushiage free-flow menu by Chef Matt Abergel, along with Sunday’s Whisky and flagrant Hot Sauce. The popular modern Japanese izakaya recently awarded with one Michelin star, will be taking over The Diplomat for one day only on February 14.

Kerry Hotel

Hong Kong’s popular alfresco cocktail lounge Red Sugar at the Kerry Hotel has launched a cocktail pairing menu to celebrate the most romantic day of the year. The decadent selection features six courses, including the Pearl of Turnip with Lobster Mousse and Carabineros Sauce, along with specially crafted his-and-her cocktails, like the Sweetheart Margarita and Rose Spritz.

For Valentine's Day, the hotel is offering two romantic packages — Rom-Coms & Chill and Romance in Style, for couples seeking a fun and relaxed, yet luxurious staycation.

A highlight in both the packages is the in-room cocktail experience, where Beverage Manager Sabrina Cantini Budden, or one of the hotel's other talented mixologists, will personally make their way to your suite with their bespoke cocktail trolley to shake up any delectable drink you desire.

Four Seasons Hong Kong

The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has relaunched the popular Stay and Dine package just in time for a new month of celebration. From now until March 31, 2021, the package will include an overnight stay at the Deluxe Peak View Room with daily breakfast for two. For meals, the hotel will provide either credits of HK$1,000 during the stay, or a gastronomic three-course meal in-room, with two complimentary glasses of Prosecco.

Guests who would prefer to enjoy an early dinner could do so at Shikigiku, and sample Chef Gott's tasting premium menu, which comes with a 300 ml sake carafe from 1:30 to 5pm.

The staycation comes with the ultimate gift — a Piaget Rose diamond pendant necklace, paired with a candlelit, wine-paired dinner from Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky in the Presidential Suite or Specialty Suite filled with blooms. Champagne and chocolates at the guests' arrival is almost standard at this point. But a private butler will also deliver a bouquet of 99 red roses to the suite at the perfect time.
