Sun’s out, we’re out! Welcome to one of my favorite weekend festivities, girls brunch. After a whirlwind of prepping with Marula for a day of fun, we landed at The Corner, bathing in summer’s light window-side after that sun got just a twinge too hot to stay outdoors. With summer schedules in full swing, it’s nearly impossible to get the whole squad together, but the four of us were happy to enjoy a short escape from the rush. Cherish your friends! They’re your support group, cheerleaders, confidants, and partners in crime – and I don’t know what I would do without them. So much has happened in the past week, I hardly know where to start. NYC is now my home away from home. The first week and a half working the new job is officially under the belt, last week spent at the home office in NYC, and this week the pleasure of working from home. Quite honestly, I don’t know which I prefer. The flashing lights, exciting nights, and endless new adventures of the city will always make me feel alive.
